The Return of the Scarecrows… the 2026 Bovingdon Scarecrow Festival will run from Saturday 30^th May until Sunday 14^th June, during which you are again invited to explore the creatively themed scarecrows that will be displayed outside homes and businesses throughout the parish. The theme for 2026 is Famous and Fictional Characters.

Registration to enter a scarecrow is OPEN until Tuesday May 5^th 2026. Please click HERE to download the entry form.

Have fun discovering the scarecrows again this year… as you tour the village, be sure to vote for your top three favourites as shown on the voting form in the programme and winners will be announced and trophies awarded at the Bovingdon Primary Academy Summer Fayre on Saturday 20^th June.
